Mohammed Alrumaih

Mohammed Al-Rumaih is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Exchange. Since joining the Exchange in 2009, he has held several key leadership positions including Chief of Markets, and Chief of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Mohammed has been instrumental in driving the Exchange’s growth and transformation. Under his leadership, the Exchange has implemented significant market enhancements and introduced innovative financial products. Among his notable achievements during his tenure are the Saudi Exchange’s inclusion in major emerging market indices, the successful launch of the Nomu-Parallel Market, and facilitating the seamless public listing of Saudi Aramco in 2019 – the world’s largest IPO. He also serves as a board member of the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa) and is a member of the Audit committee for the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (WAMID). Al-Rumaih holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an Executive MBA from Manchester Business School.
