Khaled Talhouni

Khaled Talhouni is the Managing Partner at Nuwa Capital. Prior to founding Nuwa, he was Managing Partner at Wamda Capital, the region’s first institutionalized venture capital fund focused on technology-enabled businesses across MENA and Turkey. He began his career at Dubai International Capital, where he helped launch the region’s first seed capital fund, and later led investments and strategy at twofour54 in Abu Dhabi. Over the past 15 years, Khaled has invested in and managed more than 150 early-stage transactions, including Careem, Mumzworld, Insider, Modanisa, Twiga Foods, The Luxury Closet, Goldenscent, eyewa, and Homzmart, with a focus on backing founders who are building transformative, tech-enabled solutions across traditional sectors.
